All of our rooms at Bear Valley Lodge include a private bathroom, Dish Network Satellite television, and a telephone. You will also find complimentary toiletries. We have several different configurations to easily accommodate your needs. We are also pleased to announce that all of our rooms are non-smoking. Massage is available on site by appointment and we also offer a work-out room. During the warmer months relax and enjoy the outdoor pool.

RESERVATION POLICY
A credit card number is required to make your reservation. The first night's lodging is charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is made. If a credit card is not available, you may send a check for the first night's lodging within 5 working days. If we do not receive your check within 5 working days, your reservation is automatically canceled. Once the deposit is received, a confirmation letter is sent re-confirming your reservation. It is incumbent upon the guest to make any changes or cancellations within the appropriate time period. You will be charged for your entire stay. No refunds for early checkouts. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation period is 7 days for reservations booked for no-holiday. For Holiday rates, the cancellation period is 14 days. If you cancel prior to the cancellation period, we will refund your deposit, less a $15.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within the cancellation period, your deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations made after 4:00 pm will be considered in the cancellation period. Cancellations due to forces of nature and/or road closures are not refundable. 

CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Late check-out upon request and availability. If checking in after hours there is a house phone in the lobby or check with the bartender in the Grizzly Lounge.

PETS
Sorry, pets are not allowed inside Bear Valley Lodge.
